WHAT WE LOOK FOR

The SIS is a working space, not a directory. Places go to companies that will actually use the room.

  • A product in market, or in pilot with real users
  • A genuine intent to build in the U.S., not just to visit
  • Someone who will actually be in Frisco and in the building
  • Something the rest of the members can learn from
When can I start?

Whenever you are ready. Membership runs year round and there is no intake window to wait for. Once we have spoken and there is a desk free, you can move in.

What does membership cost?

$10,000 a year, workspace included. That covers unlimited 24/7 access at The Star District for one member per company, executive coaching, a minimum of five personal introductions, events, and access to UNT student talent.

Can more than one person from my company use the space?

Membership includes one member per company, with guest passes on approval. If you need more desks, say so in your message and we will work it out.

What happens after I send this?

It lands in Bob's inbox and you will hear back within two business days, usually with a time to talk. There is no long application to fill in afterwards.
