In April 2026 the Sports Innovation Space hosted the third edition of the World Cup Innovation Summit, split between Origin at The Star and the Dallas Cowboys team auditorium. More than 120 sport executives attended, from North Texas, the rest of the U.S. and abroad.
With the World Cup coming to North Texas, the summit brought together the people who will host it and the companies building the technology around it: fan engagement, venue operations, pitch performance and media.
From the stage to the space
For SIS members, the summit is less a conference than a starting point. Introductions made in the room carry on afterwards at Origin, in one to one meetings with advisory board members and in the workshops our member companies run for the wider ecosystem.
